ICS Chicago Speaker - Renaye Manley
Renaye Manley is a leader who views the fight for justice as one that is defined by how we value both our capital and our people. She has held staff positions in national unions for over twenty years. She currently serves as Deputy Director for the Service Employees International Union, working in the Strategic Initiatives department. In this position, she works with pension trustees, investment professionals and union leaders around the engagement of multi-billion dollar union and public pensions. She also leads the unions work on diversity and financial services She has served on the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s advisory board on Small Business, Agriculture and Labor. She also serves as an advisor to the Harvard Trustee Leadership Forum, based in Cambridge Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Indiana University and has an MBA from Western Governors University.
