CHARLOTTE LAURENT-OTTOMANE @ THIRTY PERCENT COALITION
Having lived close to 20 years in France, Charlotte led Investor Relations and Capital Market strategies for Alcatel Lucent up until 2007. She has successfully led two IPOs, several high profile mergers and North American operations for an Alcatel subsidiary. Charlotte founded Nvestcom in 2007, a capital markets consulting firm, working with public companies on investor relations and corporate governance. Charlotte co-founded the Thirty Percent Coalition, an influential national organization, in 2011 and serves as its Executive Director. The vision of the Thirty Percent Coalition is that senior leadership in companies and the corporate boardroom reflect the gender, racial and ethnic diversity of the United States workforce. The mission of the Thirty Percent Coalition is to promote gender diversity, including women of color, on corporate boards. Charlotte is often quoted in the media as a thought leader in gender diversity and corporate governance. She was recently recognized as a 2017 Star by Global Proxy Watch for her work leading the Thirty Percent Coalition. Charlotte holds a BA degree from Georgia State University and an MBA from École des Ponts ParisTech.
